After several quotes to re-pipe my home in PSL (remove Polybutylene), unclog a tub drain, and fix a leaky faucet. I chose Dream Land and I’m so thankful I did!! Debra, Dennis, and Chad were easy to work with, very prompt and responsive to all my emails and questions. Debra responded to my email on a Sunday!! Chad completed the work in 3 days and he kept me updated the entire time with texts and phone calls. Dennis fixed the slow draining tub and faucet. Scary , right? Well, all went well just as Noe said it would! He came on time with a helper. Both were very professional. They provided excellent feedback as I evaluated tankless vs. tank without pushing the higher cost solution. They focused on what best met my needs. My installer Chad stayed late into the evening working solo to complete the install and ensure that all was working as it should. He successfully dealt with a few surprises without getting rattled or discouraged. Jason in the office was courteous and took the initiative to identify and refund an overcharge when my equipment spec changed. I confirmed my order on Monday and the installation was scheduled for the next day. I highly recommend Dreamland Plumbing. Sheth put in a new washer box for us and with our house that’s no easy job. But thanks to his skill and knowledge of plumbing he did it with ease. If ever you need any plumbing work done I suggest you call dream land. Need to update this review we called dreamland and ask them to do a new sink install for us. My wife was very pleased with the sink and the installation of it. So we would like to add another five stars for them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
